Annette is a Treasury and Capital markets expert with an M.Comm. in Financial Management. She has held many key strategic and executive positions in financial institutions.
Annette has experience in all aspects of products, risk, selling, revenue growth, financial structuring, derivatives trading commodity and FX hedging as well as equity trading in N.America, complimented by a great entrepreneurial flair. Annette has operated across a number of financial markets in a number of countries and jurisdictions. This includes the Nasdaq in North America, when she was based in Dallas, the Chicago Board of Options Trading, the currency and commodity market as well as offering financial markets training and educational courses across the African continent as well as product and note/bond development in countries like Kenya, Ghana, Zambia and Mauritius.
The positions Annette has held in financial markets range from risk management, dealing and execution, financial engineering and structuring, client and stakeholder relationship building as well as executive positions in the markets.
She also sat on many Executive Committees, including the Risk Committee, the banks overall ALCO committee, the Audit committee and the Investment committee.
She attended meetings and prepared reports for a variety of different stakeholders such as the Reserve Bank, other large local and International Banks, Shareholders, Auditors etc. Annette has had responsibility for the overall funding and liquidity requirements of a few banks, which meant interacting between local and offshore funding and ensuring all risks were covered. In this role interacting with a large number of different investors was vital.
In her current position, She has implemented treasury and cash management systems across Africa ( 3 countries) and South Africa. She has assisted with developing and executing strategy across Africa through the use of technology and experience.
Higher Diploma in Business Management
Previously the Sales Manager at the online IT and technology retailer – the Office Jockey; Matthew managed and trained the internal sales force, ensuring product knowledge and administration of the clients accounts.
Matthew has also in-depth experience working with Forex, Money Market and Treasury management systems. His current role at SALECAPITAL is the consulting, training and implementation of the BELLIN tm5 treasury software system, with special focus on the micro-finance and retail categories.
His current role at SALECAPITAL has seen him travel extensively within the African continent, developing new business as well as ensuring comprehensive training and implementation of the BELLIN tm5 treasury software.
Jacky has vast administrative experience in the Treasury and Finance space. She has experience in the bookkeeping space and general treasury area. She has spent time in a large pharmaceutical firm before joining Sithiaba, now SALECAPITAL.
Jacky is the client liaison on all their foreign exchange, payment and back office needs. She has all the skills and expertise to assist clients with all their documentary and administrative requirements ensuring ease of transaction and effective execution and pay away.
Jacks has a keen eye for detail and numeracy.
